TETAPAN TELEFON

TETAPAN TELEFON PINTAR

Secara amnya untuk melayari internet,anda harus memastikan setting APN telefon seperti di bawah :

APN Settings:

Step 1 : Go to Phone Settings > Mobile Network > Access Point Name

Step 2: Choose “Add a New APN”

Step 3: Change the Name and APN to XOX and save

Step 4: Select the XOX APN you created

Step 5: Restart your Mobile Phone

I-PHONE

ANDROID

1. Pergi ke Settings - More Settings - Mobile Network - Access Point Names.

2. Klik dibawah dan pilih +New APN.

3. Setkan Name sebagai MY XOX atau ONEXOX

4. Setkan APN sebagai XOX.

5. Klik dibawah dan pilih Save.

6. Klik pada butang APN baru anda sehingga kelihatan tanda hijau.

7. Untuk memantapkan kelajuan DATA, pergi ke Settings - More Settings - Mobile Network - Network Mode. 

8. Pilih antara network mode yang ada, pasti ada satu yg sesuai untuk anda.

9. Restart semula HP.

GALAXY NOTE 2

APN:XOX

Internet mode: Http

Username: none

Password : none...

Authentication type : none

Use Proxy: Yes

IP Address Proxy : none

Port No Proxy : 8080

Username Proxy : none

Password Proxy : none

MNC:19MCC:502

MODEL NINETOLOGY 

APN.... setting > More > Mobile netowrks > Access Point Names > select your sim card >press on the menu touch button > new apn

Masukkan:

Name : XOX 

APN : xox

save > select > reboot

BLACKBERRY

1. Masuk ke Option > Advance Option > TCP/IP
2. Pada bagian “APN Settings Enabled” di check
3. Pada “APN:” isi dengan xox
4. “APN Authentication Enabled” JANGAN di check dan kosongkan saja “Username for APN” dan “Password for APN”

Kemudian OFF/ON telefon.

***ONEXOX tidak menawarkan perkhidmatan BIS.

NOTA : Sekiranya anda menggunakan telefon pintar dual sim, anda haruslah memasukkan sim kad ONEXOX di slot sim 3G kerana perkhidmatan internet ONEXOX ialah 3G.
